MC COY Sue

Sue McCoy is a highly skilled development professional with 25 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. Currently, Sue is employed as the Director of Major Gifts with the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, one of Canada’s largest children’s hospital foundations. She oversees a team of professional fundraisers securing over $10 million a year in donations. Prior to the Stollery, Sue worked at KCI as a fundraising consultant. During her tenor with KCI, Sue worked on a variety of capital campaign projects across the country, securing over $300 million in donations. Sue is currently a Board member on the AFP Canada Foundation, Past President with the Edmonton AFP Chapter and an Executive member of Business and Professional Women. Sue holds an Masters Degree in Sociology, a diploma in Fundraising Management and is a Certified Fundraising Executive.
