BIDDLE Roy

Roy Biddle is Head of Philanthropy, Trusts
and Foundations at the University of Edinburgh, where he has led on the
University’s strategy for charitable Trusts and Foundations since 2015.  Current Chair of the Philanthropy Group within
the League of European Research Universities, and previous Chair of a UK
network of Trust and Corporate fundraisers, Roy is committed to sharing
learning with fundraising colleagues at universities across the UK and Europe. Prior
to working in higher education, Roy has held of senior fundraising roles for
Scottish charities, including those working in the fields of mental health,
children’s wellbeing and HIV.
