En charge depuis 2017 des partenariats et du développement du festival Jazz à Vienne, Quentin Thomé est aussi président de l’association Woodstower qui organise le festival du même nom ainsi que sa version hiver, Wintower, et des actions de médiations sur le territoire de la métropole de Lyon. En parallèle,
