Filipe
Páscoa is a seasoned leader in AI for social impact. His work spans over 32
countries across Europe, Latin America, the United States, Asia, and Central
Asia. Recognized in Silicon Valley and beyond, Filipe has collaborated with
leading organizations including UNICEF, MSF, Greenpeace, Oxfam, Amnesty
International, and SOS Children’s Villages.

 His innovation platform, Enlaight,
combines ethical AI, real-time social listening, and organizational
intelligence to support evidence-based decision-making across the nonprofit
sector. He is also the author of the emerging concept of « Gentleness
Hacking » a strategic approach that blends AI and behavioral science to
foster empathy, reduce resistance, and build emotional connection in polarized
contexts.

Filipe has
delivered sold-out sessions at the IFC and India IFC Masterclasses, served as a
consultant to United Nations HQ, and contributed to the book « Change
for Better – Behavioral Science Lessons from the World’s Top
Practitioners. » His passion lies in empowering social impact teams
with responsible, transparent, and human-centered AI tools that drive
meaningful change.
