For nearly 15 years, Amanda has delivered leadership and growth programs in international fundraising and communications roles – at WSPA (now WAP), UNHCR and now at IRC. In her six years at UNHCR, private sector income grew by 1000%. She brings experience in strategic development, global team development, marketing, communications and digital media and led both WSPA and UNHCR in radical increases in their income and step change in their long-term vision. Amanda joined the IRC as Senior VP for Global Partnerships & Philanthropy in early 2015, based at their HQ in New York, where she leads the strategic global growth of their fundraising and public engagement efforts with a current emphasis on growing private fundraising. With global oversight in five major functions and as spokesperson, she plays a critical role in developing, articulating and communicating the future vision of the organization.
